We offer a periodic return policy, which means a refund may ONLY be requested before the customer receives the item(s).
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
If the transaction has already been completed and the item has already been given to the account, you are ineligible for a refund.

Remember to send out your refund request to this email ONLY. All requests must be clear and precise.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a response via the email you submitted the refund request with, as well as instructions on how you can successfully recieve your refund.
